About the VIP Rewards Programme

What Is the mrcoin1 VIP Rewards Program & What Sets It Apart?

The mrcoin1 VIP Rewards program was designed to be more than just a points system — it is our way of recognising the loyalty of Malaysian players who have trusted our platform. Unlike loyalty programs at other platforms that are often loaded with frustrating conditions, the mrcoin1 VIP program is transparent, straightforward, and genuinely rewarding for every member.

The concept is straightforward: every time you play at mrcoin1 — whether it's slots, live baccarat, roulette, Sports Betting, e-sports, or poker — you automatically accumulate VIP Points. The more you play, the faster you climb to higher VIP tiers. Tier upgrades happen automatically, with no application or paperwork required.

The mrcoin1 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier unlocks increasingly rewarding benefits — from higher cashback rates and larger deposit bonuses to greater withdrawal limits and a dedicated personal account manager available 24 hours a day. Diamond members even receive exclusive invitations to special events hosted by mrcoin1.

Most importantly, mrcoin1 makes sure your VIP benefits don't just disappear. If your activity dips during any given period, our VIP tier protection policy gives you a reasonable window to maintain your status. This is mrcoin1's commitment to our loyal players across Malaysia.

The Diamond VIP Experience

What It's Really Like to Be a MrCoin1 Diamond VIP Member

For players who have reached Diamond tier at mrcoin1, the experience has transformed entirely — not just in terms of greater financial rewards, but also through the kind of personalised treatment that makes them feel genuinely valued as loyal members of the platform.

Every mrcoin1 Diamond member is assigned a dedicated personal account manager, reachable directly by phone or WhatsApp — not just a standard live chat. Your manager understands your gaming history, preferences, and needs, and is ready to assist with everything from everyday technical matters to special requests such as private gaming tables or bonus offers tailored specifically for you.

Unlimited withdrawals are one of the most valued benefits among mrcoin1 Diamond members. No daily limits, no weekly caps — when you win big, you can withdraw the full amount immediately via DuitNow or Touch 'n Go eWallet within minutes. That is true financial freedom.

Invitations to exclusive mrcoin1 events are among the most sought-after Diamond perks. From VIP dinners to new product launches and private gaming sessions with fellow Diamond members — these are experiences that go well beyond the ordinary online casino. mrcoin1 believes that its best players deserve recognition that goes beyond mere numbers in an account.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions About mrcoin1 VIP Rewards

Every newly registered mrcoin1 account starts at the Bronze tier automatically. You begin earning VIP Points from your very first bet. To reach Silver, you need 5,000 VIP Points — equivalent to roughly RM50,000 in total wagers on slots or live casino (1 point per RM10). If you play regularly, this is achievable within a few weeks. During a "2x VIP Points" promotion, you can level up twice as fast.

mrcoin1 has a 90-day VIP tier protection policy. This means that even if you are inactive, your VIP tier will be maintained for 90 days before any downgrade takes effect. If you return within that period, your tier is fully preserved. In addition, Platinum and Diamond members enjoy an extended protection period of 180 days — giving more breathing room for players who may be occupied with personal or business matters.

mrcoin1 VIP cashback is calculated based on your net losses over a weekly period (Monday to Sunday). The cashback percentage depends on your VIP tier — from 3% for Bronze up to 20% for Diamond. Cashback is credited every Monday before 12:00 PM to your withdrawable balance. Best of all, mrcoin1 cashback carries no minimum wagering requirement — you can withdraw it directly or use it to keep playing, whichever you prefer.

mrcoin1 Diamond VIP members receive personal invitations to exclusive events held from time to time. These include VIP dinners at premium restaurants, private gaming sessions with fellow Diamond members, new game launch events, and tickets to prestigious sporting fixtures such as EPL matches, Malaysia Super League games, or international badminton tournaments. Invitations are sent directly through your account manager — just one more reason why being a mrcoin1 Diamond member is truly special.
